We had Tim come out to our home to remove a dead rat and fully treat our home to stop anymore rodents from living in our roof. Tim was so wonderful to deal with and explained the whole process and what we can expect. We would highly recommend Dawson’s to everyone.
These guys are fantastic - we had many questions as we have a young child. Nothing was too much hassle, and everyone I spoke to whether on the phone or in person was extremely personable and helpful. We had some queries after the treatment and they sent another tech out straight away - exceptional service!
I rang Dawson’s late Thursday after discovering I had a mouse problem, they arranged an appointment for the next day. All staff was so helpful they kept me up to date with the arrival time of the technician. I was very impressed with Tim he was so friendly, he did the job quietly and efficiently even took the time to talk to my dog. He is an asset to the Dawson’s. I have used Dawson’s in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

The crew who came out knew the right questions to ask me and because of this they were able to assess and treat the property and offer advice based on a clear knowledge and understanding of the problem. (I would have never guessed what the pests turned out to be, or the cause) I am a pretty anxious person and their calm manner and patience for my million questions also served to help with the high levels of anxiety I have been experiencing due to the situation and I feel much better knowing they are taking care of it. I had Ashley from Dawson’s Australia attend my property to help with a spider problem. Not only was Ashley punctual he was also very informative about the processes in how the product they use works but also about what to do and look for after the spray has dried. I would highly recommend Dawson’s Australia to anyone as they were also the only company who answered my call on a Saturday and had me booked in within the next 48hours! Very very happy!

Dawson's office was efficient, courteous and able to respond quickly. Their technician, Luke, arrived the same day and on time and did the fumigation efficiently. I hope the treatment will be effective but I am confident that if it is not they will be back to rectify the situation.
I was given half an hour's notice(prearranged)and Tyler turned up on the dot. He explained everything clearly and I felt comfortable to leave my home in his hands. Hopefully the treatment is successful and I have no issues in the future. Thanks for the great service.
