I would have preferred to move my furniture myself as when I asked if I needed to do anything prior to the indoor treatment, such as moving furniture, I was told nothing needed to be moved. I rang Dawson’s late Thursday after discovering I had a mouse problem, they arranged an appointment for the next day. All staff was so helpful they kept me up to date with the arrival time of the technician. I was very impressed with Tim he was so friendly, he did the job quietly and efficiently even took the time to talk to my dog. He is an asset to the Dawson’s. The crew who came out knew the right questions to ask me and because of this they were able to assess and treat the property and offer advice based on a clear knowledge and understanding of the problem. (I would have never guessed what the pests turned out to be, or the cause) I am a pretty anxious person and their calm manner and patience for my million questions also served to help with the high levels of anxiety I have been experiencing due to the situation and I feel much better knowing they are taking care of it. Dawson's office was efficient, courteous and able to respond quickly. Their technician, Luke, arrived the same day and on time and did the fumigation efficiently. I hope the treatment will be effective but I am confident that if it is not they will be back to rectify the situation.

Dawson's treat the job and their staff professionally. Great to see face masks and dedicated overalls worn to protect staff from exposure to chemicals. Safety was explained to me and I left for 2 hours before returning to the house. Well done on OH & S. Only affected creatures are those targeted ! Using this company for 4 yrs. Well done Riley.

We needed some urgent extermination after coming across some mice. Running across the floor, mice poo everywhere, even across the kitchen bench - yuk! I caught a few but it started becoming an issue.I decided to call around and get some quotes. A friend recommended Dawson's as he had used them in the past. Janice was lovely on the phone and answered all my questions, without hesitation. I called a few times actually and she was very patient and understanding. Brian was also very knowledgable and informative. We decided to book a domestic general treatment and couldn't be happier with the service received.
